Serving Hopkinsville, KY
The HR-V is the smallest crossover SUV in Honda's lineup, and it could deliver all of the utility, space, and style you want your next vehicle to have. In 2023, the HR-V's second generation debuts. In addition to having larger dimensions than its predecessor, it boasts stunning design refreshes across the interior and exterior. At White's Auto Mall Honda, we make it easy for you to explore the brilliant updates to the 2023 HR-V through a side-by-side comparison and a test drive. Before visiting the showroom, you can conveniently get familiar with the updates here.
Performance
The 2022 and 2023 Honda HR-V have a four-cylinder, 2.0-liter gas engine. In 2023, the engine was slightly updated, and the horsepower output went from 141 to 158. Across the three trim levels for 2022 and 2023, the HR-V has a continuously variable auto transmission and the choice between front-wheel and all-wheel drive.
Appearance
Both the interior and exterior of the 2023 Honda HR-V have been modernized with stunning results. In 2023, the hood has a cascading look and trends into a reshaped grille with a new headlight design. The bar-style grille from 2022 has been reshaped with rounded sides and a new mesh pattern. The headlights now have a pointed quality with a two-sided LED bar. In addition, the curved, crisp contours on the 2022 HR-V's sides have been replaced by deep, angled definition. While the 2023 HR-V has slightly larger dimensions, the rear is more confidently raked for a sporty touch.
Features
The 2022 Honda HR-V offers configurable seating in the second row, which was removed in the 2023 model year. In 2022, available features included leather upholstery, an auto-dimming rear mirror, lane assistance, forward collision mitigation, a sunroof, heated front seats, adaptive cruise control, two USB ports, paddle shifters, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a 7-inch central display screen. In 2023, the HR-V will add more features, including a wireless charging pad, parking sensors, a 9-inch central display screen, ambient cabin lighting, wireless smartphone app connectivity, and remote engine start.
